Pheonix to San Diego

Well well we made it to San Diego without a promblem we left El Passo, Texas. And got to Pheonix in about 6 days. We chilled for a day and then took off for San Diego making it here in 5 days know were just laying back and relaxin our bodys. We'll be here for a few days chillin with my cousin then its back to normal life back in CT. Hip Hip Hoora hopefully we might get some publicty out here in L.A. seeing how april is autism awarence month. here is a photo bomb for everyone out there in internet land here we go. teeto wolf

We were chating with the girls behind the desk at comfort inn and they were pumped on what we were doin so they hooked us up with a free place to stay. My bike is broken rite now so we are curently stuck in El Paso wating for my part to come in hopfuly it comes in soon because this city is sketch. We want to thank the Mcarthy family again for feeding us and and showing us a good time. The wolfpack is now huge Dallas Cowboy fans. Will be in New Mexico in no time. Texas is great were gonna have a hard time leaving this place good people and nice geography. bye bye for now --Matt Wolf

Ah the good ol Mcarthy fam. I meet Andera at a doller general and she offered to have the three wolfs to stay at her house. She cooked for us and showed us around Austin it was so much fun.

The capitol building of Texas was amazing we all loved Austin.

Austin, TX/halfway/super pumped

We will be in Austin in a few hours were about 20 miles away. When we make it there this trip of our will be about half way done total bummer. Well yesterday we stoped at a mexican restuarnt and got free lunch thanks to this couple that was pretty stoked on what we were doing. We also camped in Novasoda, TX the other day on the side of the road at this park right next to a small airport. And on friday night I wrote a article for the local paper in Cold Springs, TX and met a bunch of really cool people at the local watering hole. We also rode through a real nice National forest the other day to it was rad. Heres a bunch of pics I got nothin else right now Im pooped.--t-boy wolf

the interview in DeQuincy in LA went well, We want to thank the church for the free food! we made it into TX and the roads are beautifully paved and fast. We are in Cold Springs, TX right now in a sweet cottage (down below) waiting out the rain and will be on the road again tomorrow. Well were in Sulfer, LA its tuesday yesterday we got interviewed by Marlin Monrow for the local paper it comes out tomorrow and will have a link to it. Thanks Marlin. Matt blew his deralier up yesterday so hopefully we should get the new one in tomorrow thanks Don you the man. Other than that we just been havin a blast with AuntMary and UncleLarry eatin some good cajin food and relaxin and maxin. I think in the last two days we've eatin about 6 King Cakes and other assorted pies damn those king cakes are the best cakes ever I think we ate all the King cakes left in this town thats whats Que Passa. We should be on the road again tommorow hopefully 20 miles from Texas here we come Lone Star get ready.--teeto

Jim And John and southern hospitality

So the wolfpack got into covinting, LA on wensday after a full day of riding on a 33 mile long bike trail it was a nice change of pace no cars just trees. And we end up at a merrot hotel buy 6:00pm when we walk in, the bar tender Ellen tells us to come down for a few drinks, and tell her about our trip. So were havin some free drinks thanks to Ellen and we meet these two guys Jim and John who own a grain company in Illinoise. We end up hangin out with Jim and John boy all night and they tell us they'll take us down to New Orleans in the mornin because the place is a must see. The next mornin we meet up with Jim and John boy and its off to the French Quarters. That place is a hoot, we hung with Jim and John boy for the afternoon checkin out the quarters we went to famous Felixs for some oysters shucked by the number one shucker in town Ray. Jim and John had a business meetting so they took off for a little bit, and we walked around rippin up the town I got on stage with a band and help with the singing on the ballard Play that funky music White Boy it was crazzzzy. Then we got dessert at another resturant and guess who was there the number one shucker Ray and he hooked us up with a dozen free oysters damn Ray your shuckrific. Then we met back up with jim and john and had a blast with them and there business parterners, until about 1 in the mornin then we took a taxi back to the hotel crazyness. I want to thank Jim and John boy again for an amazing time keep in touch guys me casa su casa. Friday we took off for baton rouge made it there by dark, 70 miles with a hang over not bad, we picked up Matts part for his trailer and fixed it at Capitol Bike shop thanks guys. Took off again on saturday 90 miles today warm weather and the wind at our backs cant beat this. Got up Sunday and made it to Sulfer baby 80 miles and know were having a hoot with Mitchs girlfriends Aunt Mary and Uncle larry southern hospitalty is the best. Its monday and were chillin in Sulfer today meeting family and doing a interview with the paper here. Ill wright again soon until then here is a crap load of photos.--tito

just got into Lousiana today met up with some cool people... met a lady named Kim on the Ferry in Alabama who let us sit in her car and talk with her, she was cool shit... went through Mississippi, had been on a bike path for 30 miles stopped in Abita Springs, LA met Hanz from San Diego and talked with him for a while what an awesome dude and then some other random Louisianans, people down here are awesome and cool shit .. we'll be in Sulphur, LA in no time... just bought a nice canon camera today, been taking tons of pictures, we'll post more pictures soon

Finally able to use a computer! Its sleatting out so here we go.

Checked out Devils Millhopper which is a huge sink hole that you can walk down into.

titos knees uhg!afternoon kung fu seshcamping is so sweet, if we can find a good spot. Florada has proved to be scetchy camping.

cold, cold, cold! I feel like we cant escape CT the weather. Florida has been 35 and windy for the most part. Camping has been sick but we have to get a hotel rooms when it rains. We are in DaFuniak springs purched up in a suite right now its supossed to be 28 deg and rainy tonite, bummer. We plan on being out of Florada buy the end of the week thats que passa. Oh this just in titos knees are on the up and up, he small but has the heart of a lion and the eye of an eagle plus hes wise beyoned his years hes like a swollen knee Yoda. We are all having so much fun, the south makes me laugh at times theres alot of interesting people to meet down here. Im hoping on having my freind post some pics for us somtime soon!

Its been a pretty interesting trip so far from yoga class in gainsville to matt finding a rusty pistol on the side of the road we did our first century on thursday after camping on wensday then we got into tallahasee and my knees looked like softballs went to the hospital and tHe doctor said I have to not ride for two days kind of a set back but whatever well be on the road again in the a.m. pictures will be posted soon

Wolfin It In St. Augaustine

Got into jacksonville and stayed with the Matt and Mitchs cousin Josh and his wife Stacy they showed us a good time and let us get some much needed sleep at there casa. They brought us down to St. Augistine yesterday and we seen a sweet fort and chillied with wolfman for a sec then we took off from his collage in the late afternoon. We'll have a better update soon cant upload photos right now and its pourin cats and dogs out right now still totally sweet!

Not only is it important to raise money for our charity for the Fight against autism but awareness also. We have been passing out our bussiness cards and have had interviews with both the Reminder and NorwichBulletin newspapers. We are suprised on how big this has become thanx all for the support and will keep spredding the word on our trip.

The Route we Choose

We will be taking the southern teir route. It starts in St. Augustine Fl. crosses through Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, the longest point of the lonestar state of Texas and the mountains of New Mexico and Arizona and finally arrive in beautiful west coast of San Diego Ca, a whopping 3092 miles start to finish. We have purchased cycling maps from Adventurecycling.com that plot out our route and fasinating attractions along the way.
